- on phone w hp will update
- got onto the 'consumer' support but my monitor is marked under business so im now being transferred to the 'business' support line
- holy fuck the business support line is like made for social engineering because they have businesses call them and both hp and the businesses know the drill so it super quick, although now getting transferred to a new line.
- a second team will email me asking more about the monitors issues, will get a replacement in 3-5 business days but no monitor stand
- also this is a $600 monitor
- a 43 minute phone call, went really well. also call companies always i 90% get the product I want when I call. i also am good under pressure
