My win 10 is at all times with cpu and memory high (and sometimes the disk)...

 

my pc is really powerful and already tried all the solutions I knew, until formatted, but still, work with virtual machine, I can not work with my computer locking, slow, restarting, etc ....

ps: both with nothing open and with normal things rolling.

Secondly try hwmonitor to see if there is any high temperatures anywhere.

literally nothing, just inciei and this ja with memory / cpu / disk in high use

was something 71 Celsius in there?

 

And also do you have any mining software linked to chrome. maybe in extensions. I have heard of that. Go check and see what extensions you have.

 

google chrome doesnt usually do this. but it usuallly takes a lot of memory. so maybe change that to something more lightweight
