JD refund

So basicly they were ment to send out my refund on 28th January, Then on 8th January they said they will chase it up for me, Then on 13th January they said 24 to 48h. And its the 16th and still nothing. Anyone know why they talking so long? I allso got the gift card they promised yesterday.
