HOW CAN I FIX STEAM AUTOLOCK ?

Hi, I have been cracked a email:access steam account. Finally, y move it to my email. But unfortunelly, the user, autolock it. 
- That means, i can't modify or play any game until the steam support verified who is the real owner.

Also you can unlock it if you guess the unlock code. This code is on the inbox of the victim, and obviusly he changed the password when he couldn't sign in the account.
- I need some help for guess this code (bruteforce program) or maybe doing some social engineer to fool the victim and get his code or maybe his email password.
 

I know his email. But not his password. He has a .edu email.




I need someone that could fix this. I will pay after the account gets unlock it.

there's no other way than to have the code or have his  email hacked I think
