Damn that patcher does have a high detection rate. McAfee calls it Artemis lol
This is a newer version than what I have, thanks for the upgrade! I'll check it an see what it does.

RegShot or Registry Change View
FolderWatch or Spy The Spy or Windows File Monitor
Essential NetTools or GlassWire
WireShark or CommView
Comodo FireWall configured to ask on all outgoing connections
