what don't you get about it?

what it does is slowly make a page less visible up till a certain date. lots of time when you dev a website for someone and put in hours/days/weeks of hard work then they turn round and cant pay. happens all the time and its the most annoyin fucking thing so this way you give them a deadline that they can really feel - pay up by 15/05/whatever or your website disappears to nothing.
