So this has nothing to do with bypassing amazon verification?
Nothing to do, it's just about getting Gift Cards.

This method can be used worldwide, but it can only provide you with Amazon.COM gift cards.
I'm waiting for reviews to come from users that are more known than me, so that they can claim what they think about the guide.

i saw a method where you can only get 10$ per time using a vanilla visa card and you can get upto 7x10$ giftcards with one vanilla visa card , same is the case with this one?
