The # symbol is used for making comments and is ignored in the Hosts file.
So make sure there isn’t a # symbol before the address.
• Go to Host Editor and Save the file.
• Install The Best Spinner v3.511 and do not open.
• Open the hosts Editor and Click file then Restore Default then Save it.
• Now you can open The Best Spinner and will open to a login page.
• Do not input any information into the email and password area just click on the Login button.
• Done. Enjoy!

• Common Problems:
Login Expired: just exit TBS twice and open it again
.NET framework error : just ignore it and continue
in my case it rarely happens.
