I would like to make a website having Spring as backend since I know Java, Vue because it seems like the easiest frontend framework to learn (React and Angular seem hard asf) and as database I would like to have like a fast DB, idc about any in special, MongoDB, Scylla, Cassandra...

 

My main question is, is it hard to setup all of this? If yes, do you guys have any idea/alternative?

IMO React seems to be a better frontend framework than Vue, I haven't seen anything really beautiful built in Vue yet. But in any case, all you're really doing is adding a reference script to your site's head tag, so that shouldn't be dependent on anything else.

 

As far as Spring goes, ew, Java. The only time I ever see Spring used is in Enterprise-grade apps, not some hobbyist's project.

In any case, using MongoDB with it shouldn't be too bad:
