Amount scammed: He had to refund me 20,52€ but after this scam i want to refund my full money.
Additional Information: Purchased some accounts to gifting myself RP's, first ones worked fine, but second one got the skins reverted so he proposed me refund or another account, next time i purchased again some accounts and then got reverted, after some replacements where the skins were reverted again (i showed him screenshots from my collection before and after got reverte), also due to he had to give me more accounts to solve the rp issues we decided to get  refund for the amount of rp which were 20,52€, after telling him the amount of €, he blocked me.

never said in my post that i was going to give refunds, also i even gave him extra accs with Rp that he wasted too, i have actually exceeded the amount he deserved by 12€ and i didnt cried about it, if he did the method badly is not any of my business

In any point you said I did the method wrongly. (1st lie)
Like I did all your steps and got zero problems, one account just reverted skins, other account you told me you would add me and you didn't cuz the owner was online (op.gg checked) and when I tried to connect later the password didn't work. Which step did I follow wrongly?. Then other skins got reverted and I give you time to solve it. So literally payed you 26,52€ for nothing but excuses in this post.
You accepted to give me the refund (as I showed on the screenshots, asking me for doing the maths and also telling me a lower price trying to trick me on your last messages) and then you literally blocked me when you have to pay a bigger amount . And it wasn't 12€ man I payed you 26,52€. (2nd lie, were two orders not only one)
Follow all his steps properly and then showed him screenshots with the before and after. He accepted all that proofs unless when he had to pay me.
As you can see @Lucas , this guy is only a lier who choose to block me instead of doing his job and then tries to lie to save his ass

2nd: i was just helping you in how to do it (as i did too but wasnt nothing of my business i have nothing to do with and you managed to do it wrong anyways)
3nd: i could have refund you or try it again, you tried it again and you failed again cus you making it obvious so again not my fault (you even tried with free Rp Accs i gave you that you didnt even paid for (the extras))
4nd: i gave you all the RP Accs we traded and even more that you didn't paid because you cried about it
5nd: you even added and talked with the owners of the Rp Accs (like wtf? are you stupid? ofc they eventually find out and report you, you just make it to obvious, that is again none of my business, i gave you the product i compromised too and you even got extras)

You never said it was an excluding deal, also you never tried again cuz you never give me back the amount of rp I lost (never the full amount) I only ask any staff member read the full chat he never give me back the full amount of rp he promised (lie again).
Second I never added the owners cu I block my username from his account so they never could add me. After some days friends of them added me and told me they just contacted riot (I didn't answer them they just shout his things and gone, I instantly delete them) (again another lie, I told him sometimes that there were other people who talked to me).
Again he accepted to make me a refund and just blocked me when I told him the real amount of € he had to refund me (he tried to refund me lower amount).
So to sum up, 3 points:
I never ever failed his process, example of this is that in my first order y get 2 accounts, one of those I still got the skins (probably owner didn't realise the refunds).
He never give me back the total amount of rp I lost, so he is literally a liar (you can check in conversation how I have to ask him everytime part of the rp, to end up losing again).
He choose to block me instead of talking as a man cuz he didn't want to refund my money, so I literally payed for a service I didn't get.

I uploaded reviews from the services I got (some pendings and talking with sellers) you literally post your threads to scam people and when they report you as a scammer you try to fight back with no proof. I literally posted 25+ pics with our conversation, and you didn't even explained why you instantly blocked me when you have to pay
