DELL COMPANY NAME?!

Hello

So basically I'm trying to SE an XPS 15 9570 i9 GTX 1050Ti.

I got accepted for the exchange aka the new device that will be sent out - but before they could continue i needed to supply the Original compnay name of the purchase.

 

I tried doing the owner tranfer shit - but it got declined beacuse the original company name that I typed in did not match their data.

 

So how the fuck do you guys get past that?

Tried doing that - also tried to get them to confirm the current ownership information.

 

I guess its beacuse I don't even need to do the owner transfer and just do it directly.

I believe he wants an additional product, not the one you're SE'ing.

That's what I thought he was getting at too, however if not then it would be pointless.

Yes, I can get the name but I'd want a system in return. I'm located in Canada, let me know if that poses an issue.

I'm not saying for the system you're currently se'ing, I'm saying after I get that ones original company name, send over a Canadian service tag and I'll get the info for that also but you se it for me if that makes sense.
