From what I can see, Ravok did the order using the address provided and has no reason to do it again.
If you believe he intentionally changed something, misled you to believe the address doesn't matter or you told him the correct address and he did it to the wrong one anyway, please contact me. All things considered, he did what you asked him to do and he doesn't have to do it again just because you messed up.
