how to run a python code? so frustrated...

i did some research in google and nothing , like i tried different stuff and nothing , i used different IDE's but still nothing...

so first thing , whats the best IDE to use ? i need clean old school looking IDE (black and white) because it looks so beautiful

and second thing , how to RUN THE CODE , it's so frustrating , i used PyCharm but it looks ugly and laggy.

cmd is too basic , i just want an IDE that is between , not a lot of colours yet helps  a lot , its okay i will use Vim thanks for your help tho

edit: the link is supposed to be an image , weird , anyways i got a error it says install requests i tried pip install requests and nothing
