I have some hard time figure it out were's the cracked part of this tool, as it asks me to use it in FREE version or BUY pro.

I'm also having a hard time understanding your problem;

 

I've followed these steps;

1. Download (using the password)

2. Extracting to a folder 

3. Opening "Gather Proxy.exe" from said folder

 

Sorta like the following:

And have had no issues. Feel free to record your steps though and i'll try and reproduce.
