ok... so, first of all, I'm not angry or anything... I just thought that I was left in the air... (without any support from admins... or staff)
what happened?: I upgraded a nulled member (His profile[ https://www.nulled.t...162953-vexxxyyy ]) and never received the corresponding award (Helping Hand[ https://www.nulled.t...php?award_id=19 ])
...so when I realized that I wasn't getting the award by an automatic algorithm, I decided to PM Lucas and waited... (PM[ ]) in which PM, you can see in the top left, that he did, in fact, read the message

[[ Before I continue I just want to make clear that I'm not trying to spread hate against Lucas or anyone else that is part of this forum... ok I'll keep on explaining ]]
and so what I did next went and take a look at the "Awards" tab and take a look at the "Helping hand" award statistics (Helping Hand Statistics[ https://www.nulled.t...php?award_id=19 ]) and to be honest I was surprised when I saw that
only 98 members had received this award, yet what surprised me the most was that there was only 1 member who was VIP and that he got this award on the 2018-03-29 12:33:50 making me think that maybe... he was an exception from every other member who had gotten this award (Who had higher ranks than VIP Aqua, Nova, Retired Staff, Legendary Refounder, Legendary, and Royal ) so I went back to the "Awards" tab, and checked for the description of the award, which simply says "Obtained by upgrading another user" never mentioning that you have to be rank "Aqua" to receive the award...
So.. what do I want?: Simply my "Missing Award" or if it's the case that only "Aqua"+ ranks can get that award, then for the information to be clear for everyone to read and be informed, and not mislead (Like in my case)
Any extra information that might be needed to confirm my statement:

-Transaction Information[ ]
-I might add a screenshot of the conversation, but I need approval from Darknet
(Darknet helped me out on discord because I was having trouble, so he asked Lucas and that way I was able to fix a problem I had with the upgrade link)
Once again I don't want to cause any drama, instead, I believe that this is a reasonable ticket to make (overall an important one)
btw I'm obsesed with organization... you might had noticed :3
