if this is the case @julia should have been banned or atleast had to refund the money months ago for selling the pre-order of accountstealer and never releasing it

 

@julia is not banned nor had to refund the buyers for selling a pre-order that has taken months to release so i feel i should not be either

Please leave that other issue out of this situation, Julia sold a cracker, gave 6 different deadlines and never fulfilled, and then had to refund everyone, you can see the outcome of his stupid move on the PUBLIC scam report. With that logic, you can refund every customer you've had up until now. 

If you don't want to refund him. Give him a clear deadline for content. You can't sell ''first row seats'' for future content if you don't release any within a reasonable amount of time

 

 

PS: when you use a different situation as an example try to be accurate. you used a situation that had the same outcome of the decision I made on this thread. I dont know why you'd think julia didn't have to refund anyone but you are wrong.

I never got my cash back from julia not trying to bring that into this was just using it as an example for my situation im ok to refund him but i feel i should not have to refund the full amount as i did provide him with some ebooks that were qaulity and you can ask the other buyer for confirmation

You should ask Julia for a refund as he has refunded most of his customers back when I asked him to do so unless you were OK with the release of the other cracker by a different developer (who is banned on nulled) and decided to stick around to wait for the release. 

If you plan on releasing ebooks specifically for the highest-paid ranks, then, by all means, tell him so he can either stop complaining or in case you won't, so he can ask for the refund accordingly.
