i'm pretty sure if you just go to their site and tell them that you bought a pack of pods and a pod or two was leaking, they would send you a freebie code or something . it seems reasonable and i wouldn't see why they wouldn't haha

I found a picture from a Reddit post through google images and inputted the batch code into my profile & received a free 4 pack, 5% nic.
You could also go to a Vape shop & ask to check out all the flavor boxes & just take a picture of the backs of them.
Also, I'm not sure if you can do more complimentary ones on an account without sending it in but this could be bypassed by just sending an email more times than not.
