Additional Information: First off he claimed this was autopilot which surprise surprise it's fucking not, I let that slide thinking whatever I'll just use my time to make some quick money, two days after buying I realized that wow this method doesn't work and is complete shit, so I messaged him saying well can you at least send me my bots since the method is not working for me, he ignores my request and goes on to say blah blah blah bots are worth money so then I ask him to crypt my rat which it says in the description of his product he promises you 50 free slaves, never fucking received those, private stub crypt also never fucking received that, 1 on 1 mentor-ship which was absolute shit because he took days to respond and he never fully answered my questions or anything, and last but not least IT'S FULLY REFUNDABLE well once again asked for a refund and surprise surprise I NEVER FUCKING RECEIVED ONE. PLEASE BAN THIS SCUM FUCK.

Greetings.  I have provided terrible service to this user in particular.  I am not going to deny the long times in between replies.  A lot of shit was going on with my family at the time, yet that is no excuse to provide bad service.  However, please read my statement below:

 

My response to this dispute:

 

1)  Autopilot Claim - There are autopilot methods in the product.  That is absolutely true, and I am willing to turn over the product to any staff member for this.  I suggest that the user who has opened the report turn over his copy to staff in order to avoid any claims of me altering the product.

 

2)  Lack of response - Though at first my responses were slow, I want to make it clear that my original Discord account (Rolex - 22#5132) was banned during this.  This happened about a week ago, and since I have opened a new one and have been dealing with customers, to their satisfaction.  If the user who opened this report were to PM me here asking where I was, I could have provided my new contact information and we could have continued as necessary.

 

3)  Private Crypt and bots - My stubs were shit.  I was unprepared for the massive amount of customers that I've received, and furnishing a brand new stub for each is incredibly time consuming.  At the time of writing this, I have many, many stubs and am able to provide encryption for this user's file.  Since I am able to crypt, this also means that bots can be delivered.  I will try to be online all day today.

 

Merry Christmas, and a serious apology to this user for the inconveniences I have placed before him.  I want to make clear that I have no intentions to scam.  Things have been rough lately, but that is still no excuse.  I hope that we can come to an agreement.

Well that is probably why people are freaking out.  I don't speak to him, he was only an admin on that server to grow it.  Of that, he didn't do whatsoever.  All he did was spam his own services to my customers.  What a cunt.
