add CAPTURE for POPUP site on SENTRY MBA

hi there fellas...so, appear I am not that good with configs but, i'm trying to learn step-by-step.

now...i got a pless config for a popup site (not made by me), which's got the "Request Method" set on "GET".

What i would like is to add a capture, but i need (to do that), to change the req. meth. on "MW"...by doing this, i will need to set all the MASTER Wizard settings?

Is here any pious soul who can easly explain me how to do that?
(i think i will need to capture the info from a redirect page, but i think i just need to enable the "Form Redirect Stage" and insert the "Redirect URL"...right??? :S
