For Social Engineering you actually need to be a SOCIAL person and know how to behave with people, lie, manipulate people because you will need to talk to actual people.
A lot of ebooks on nulled about SEing, will recommend you to try them out. SEing doesn't have some special methods it is all the same lying to people, there are just companies that "can" be easily SEd.
About ratting, you can use softwares made for administrator access (which are mostly used for bad (as RATs)) an example of such tool is Orcus - cracked version posted by @H4ppY .
Try looking around the internet for some cracked RATTING tools, or you can pay a programmer to set you up your personal RAT.
