This user provided false advertising in his thread description. He was claiming his product included a "Increase viewer list count & attract more attention." which leaves me to believe that this is a viewer bot to help boost your spot on the twitch page list because with higher view count you get to the top of the twitch page list. Having viewers in your channel viewer LIST does not attract more attention what so ever. I bought the program from him today around 6 hours ago and noticed that it did not have a viewer bot as one of its features, I contacted the seller about this and he confirmed that his program did not have a viewer bot but only gives you views in your viewer list which again, does not "attract more attention" anyone who is involved in twitch knows live views is what attracts more attention. I immediately asked the seller for a refund after finding out that this program did not include a view bot but he went offline (I assume to sleep). He finally messages me about 6 hours later to deny me a refund. With it being less than 10 hours from the time I purchased the program, I think I am in the right to a refund since the product was not as described. Also at the bottom of his list of features he says, "many more features" which is also false advertising because there are no more features other than the ones listed. So his entire thread is just very misleading. If I had the program for days and then wanted a refund I could understand him denying me, but I haven't even had the program in my possession for even 10 hours yet. I am even willing to take a $40 refund for his time he spent dealing with me.

@FryPan in this case you will have to refund him and rephrase your thread correctly. You can't give misleading sentences and then tell your customers to fuck off. You have 24 hours to do so.

When you are offering a product and selling something you have to make sure nothing is left to the buyers interpretation. If you make a sentence that is ambiguous and the buyer interprets it wrongly, it is a valid complaint. However, if you word it correctly and make it CLEAR for everyone, there's nothing your buyers can complain about as they would be getting exactly what they paid for. 
Less words and more action, for future reference. Clarifying way too much takes the meaning out of your words.
