So we made a deal of csgo key. I sent him $7 via paypal as we dealed (including fees). I know it's only 7 dollars, but imagine what have you could do with this 7 dollars. Buy an big mac? I never got my key. He was spamming me with caps "I never sent these messages etc" :/

Well if you really "got hacked", then you could send a refund or even give the key.
