I just recently purchased fancy $300 seinhesser headphones on this site I found called Massdrop.

I got kind of curious and decided to try to SE to get a 2nd pair since they were so solid.
Heres how I did it (keep in mind, im pretty sure this method works with every product on the site since they all go through the same massdrop service):
Step 1: Message support with some excuse to why theyre broken, for headphones literally just say theres a raspy sound when playing music, that feels like the speakers are starting to blow. You can add a little sob story about how you just bought them and they already are blowing and its bullshit.
Step 2: Alright! You basically finished! Easy as that, they will so oh were really sorry it didnt work, were gonna need you to send your item back as soon as you receive the replacement. Say yes of course youll send it back.
Step 3: (i dont even know why im doing steps its so simple) Youll recieve the replacemet item along with no shippiing label or extra container, so i dont know how they expect you to send it back, so just move on with your life cause they never inquire about it again.
