So I ordered an expensive clothing item and the ups guy didn't leave it behind the door. He knocked twice but I didn't open. I thought he would leave it.
He brought it the ups drop and now I have to go with my real id to pick it up. Still SE'able or refundable? Or should I just legit return/refund.
I should have just fake signed in hindsight but this is first store that have not left it behind the door.

ok ya called them they will redeliver. Another issue has occurred. There is 3 boxes instead of 1. I thought they would put in 1 box but this explains why they didn't leave behind door. Any tips for this?
