[JBL SPEAKER] Wanted me to send the failed speaker

so i tried se'ing them using an amazon generated receipt and they wanted me to do this

Try sending them a random item, this is called boxing. They won't actually open it up then message you, just when the tracking parcel number is cleared in the system. I might also consider doing this as well. Good luck with your SE.

the rep I talked to said she was gonna confirm with amazon that the order is legit. so I gave them a image that’s corrupt. I may try again with a different pop but idk if I feel like it lol

Get a fake amazon receipt with a real order number and it should be fine. As far as I know, amazon won't give out the item that was ordered, only confirm if its a legit order or not.

huh, that's a good point; thanks for mentioning it. I guess I'll continue to pursue this and report back how it goes

 

EDIT: turns out amazon does give that information. I got a reply back saying what I actually ordered instead of a JBL Flip. so amazon pop does not work
