Anyways, being an advanced SE'er I do SE multiple companies.
A friend and myself were SE'ing HP togather, both using fake names and real address.
When the REP came to the conclusion of a replacement has to be sent. He told me the following:
Please ship the original product back to HP within three (3) days after receiving the replacement product, if product is not received within 15 days, you will be billed!
We used fake names, I will get a bill most likely and the other guy wasn't told this so he might not get one!
Use the bill as toilet paper?
