They told me the back office would review it with 3-5 business days, it was 7 days so I decided to ask what was happening and the rep said this to me.
"We would like to inform that we already have it followed up yesterday and we are still waiting for the approval from the back office. You don't have to worry, I will personally request for the approval having this replacement and I will be updating you once I got the approval."
Do you think this will mean I will get it?

Just wait some days. It's normal for Logitech to approve replacement in couple of weeks.
