I agree with you not because we should destroy leechers or something but simply because some things should not be leaked publicly. Lots of software is best used when not many people own it, especially if you can resell something from it. As is, we have way too many people downloading stuff, spreading it around and leeching.

 

Yesterday I had a suggestion that only upgraded members should be able to see hidden content for the same reason as you say but I guess this works too.

No, you're right; I agree with you.

 

My idea was simply to limit the amount of people who can have and spread these tools around but it didn't address leechers. Yours addresses both so you are right here.

For people like me who have reached royal, or bought an upgrade and can see hidden content there is no real use of their leecher value it will always keep on rising, along with the year registered 
 
So my suggestion is to add them as "required" to see hidden content instead of

Hidden Content
You'll be able to see the hidden content once you reply to this topic or upgrade your account.

 
for example:
 

You need 100 leecher value to see hidden content

 
Or:
 

You need to be 6 months registered to see hidden content

 
 
Note1: the user creating the topic can select the required value which cant be more than his own
Note2: this could be a side feature, without it removing the "reply to see"
Note3: buying an upgrade would still bypass all hidden content

 

What you are suggesting is that people with 100+ leecher value will automatically unlock VIP best perk so the site wouldn't see as many purchases anymore. Same for the 6 months registered. There's no actual way to know who is leeching and who isn't if they have 100 leecher value and are still normal members without contributing. 
I'm sorry but this is not only counterproductive but also would not help nulled whatsoever.

It's always like that, you have to reply OR be upgraded. Those who won't upgrade will have to post, and the ones that post are out in the open so that we can see them and eventually ban them. With your suggestion we wouldn't be able to find leechers as easily and they would be able to leech without even posting (no restrictions, not even being exposed for it).
