my iphone 6 keeps restarting like every 3-5 mins i have done factory reset but still the same. it shows the charging signal but it doesnt charge. when i connect with a computer it shows and connects to itunes but wont charge. when i checked the battery health it says " service " it didnt show any battery percentage. whats my issue about ? does my phone need battery assistance ?

it has problem with motherboard or you bricked it

Hello brother, as a fellow iphone user, you surely have used it in charge while it was overheated.

You will end up needing a battery replacement.

I have iPhone 6 too, and due to that i've replaced 2 batteries in 1 year.

Prob yes, battery is died

 

after 2 year of charging cycles died, is common

Hello brother, as a fellow iphone user, you surely have used it in charge while it was overheated.

You will end up needing a battery replacement.

Sometimes your phone isnt getting enough power so you should defo try to get a battery replacement.
