To learn minecraft, learn java. You can find good stuff on udemy its not that bad and expensive. Without Java, dont try it its hardcore even Java is an easy language .

after that, u can check the spigot(recommed) or bukkit documents and/or check some tutorials online.

For the cheats I have no clue as I dont make those sorry.
