I think it would be useful to add on the user profile https://i.imgur.com/qetJvLX.png right under Leecher a statement like "Able to vouch?"

 

In this way you can set it to no on everyone with less than 500 likes (or more, in case you will upgrade the requirement for vouch copy) and you can implement a vouch ban for vouch sharks.

there are people who just spam marketplace with "Can I get a vouch?ty" without even reading what are they reviewing. In this way all the abusers and all the people who can't leave proper review can get vouch banned
