Disallow banned members from using marketplace

Subject is quite fucked up so is my English if it doesn't make sense let me know.

So if someone were banned for scamming and he later resolves his stuff and gets unbanned in my opinion they should have somekind of restriction from selling ever again in this forum.

 

Feel like currently a scammer could just fuck someone over, get caught, get banned. Then think oh yea it's nulled lol I can just return his money, get unbanned and try again! So what's the point of banning them anyway if there are no consequences?

That's a little fucky, imagine you sold to some guy and due to his own stupidity he fucks up the trade and thinks you scammed him, he makes a post about it and after its all resolved he's all happy with himself but now you are regarded as a "scammer" by the rest of the community even though you didn't do shit, not only that but you're also not allowed to use the market place, see how that can fuck over people really badly?

 

this is for people that are actually BANNED for scamming and pay after months to get unbanned
