Dear Community,

So recently i started SE'ing Logitech for a G910 Orion Spectrum Mechanical Keyboard. But they want the item to be shipped back to them and i ask you guys if there is any excuse that i could tell them?

 

Btw i told them i got the Keyboard as a gift.

It says:

I'd like the spare. This request will be reviewed by the appropriate department.

You could say you have been sick with a very contagious disease, their is blood on it (make up how it got there) or that you are injured and have no way to ship it out.

This excuse still works? I have read it doesn't work anymore

i dont really know, i would say you cannot ship it out due to injury tbh

tell them you're HIV+ and one day while you were sick you were coughing profusely, blood, phlegm it just went on everything. tell them something so out of here that they'll have no reason but to believe you.

Okay thanks for your help.

After some days i got a new mail that they confirmed my replacement (RMA).

It says: 

Good news! Your request for a replacement delivery has been approved.
 

Once your product is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the package tracking number. When the product is ready to ship, your support request is considered closed and the support case is closed. Please note that it may still take a few days until your product arrives at the delivery address.

 

Now my question, is it a success? Like in my first post they said, i should ship the device back?
Do I have to send back my "old" device after the replacement?
