Need help with RAT. (Beginner questions)

I am medium beginner in RATs.
I want to ask a few basic questions.

1. When i use VPN IP to RAT, when i restart my computer will my VPN IP be changed or not?

ANSWER: Use no-ip software, then in your RAT as IP use your no-ip hostname.

3. Which RAT can you recommend to me?
- I will use it to RAT people that use SQLi, crackers, checkers etc. (NOT THIS FORUM OR ANY FORUM)
- I want to make money of it. (From mining, to stealing PayPal, Bank details, Gaming accounts etc.)
- Best would be Cracked / Free?

4. What's the best way to inject it into their system?
- Saying the RAT is Crack or...? (So i can say to turn off their AV program.)
- Can i inject it into the file? (like when they open it, it will start the the program + Inject RAT)

5. My RAT simply cannot connect to infected computer, I've tried everything.
- From allowing ports at my VPN etc.
- I've opened the ports in firewall, yet i had no time to try. (will edit when try)

1. What is better RDP/VPS?
- Can you recommend me some?
- Are they worth it or could i use my Machine?

All these questions can be answered by simple Nulled tutorials. Go search for some!

I searched thought about 30 tutorials, but i didn't get the right and simple answers.

i would just use a VM, not a RDP/VPS (but VPS are better as you can do so much more than just RATS )
honestly the best cracked RAT is Nanocore (depending on the version you get)
the best paid RAT would probably be Imminent Monitor  (my opinion)
and the best free RAT would have to be NJRat (again depending on the version you get)
i also don't know the answer to the first question, its a good question tho :/
