Any Smartphone suggestion?

I thinked about changing my current smartphone and I am open to "new candidates"
 
Among the features that I look for are:
- Premium feeling (A good looking smartphone with good features and design).
- Nice quality/price value.
- I don't care about the operative system (Android or Ios [or Ubuntu system]).

If within these features you can offer me a recommendation, do it! And if it's not in the features, feel free to do it too
