that had made an fake account aboutsome one i know and trys to scam pepole on money

Try sending him an IP logger, i.e. from a fake account. Although I'm not sure if facebook doesn't block known ip loggers links, but if they do, the best option would be to host a website on some free hosting like 000webhost or hostinger, make a php file which saves ips to a file and then send that person the link to it.
