Lol LAS acc or Runescape 2007 acc

Hey guys, I have been looking for Lol accounts from LAS region but there are only NA and EU in the forums, can someone get accounts from LAS or get any account with more than 2600rp so I can buy the region transfer?

 

Also if someone have some spare runescape 2007 accounts, I will be forever grateful
