I've tried two accounts to SE fitbit. A Versa & Ionic. Both accounts were approved. One sent me a follow-up email stating I needed to ship mine first. ( I know boxing service) But using a boxing service isn't ideal for a dang fitbit. For the other, they sent me this email.

Why isn't it ideal? and it isn't hard to box yourself. I do it all the time. Oh and the second one is just a follow up, give the details they need and they'll process the order lmao

You got the 2nd follow up email because the name on the form was different to the name in the account settings. Reply to the email; give the owner's name.
