Additional Information: We made a BTC to Paypal deal 2 days ago. He received the BTC and I got the PP.

My Paypal got limited and I asked him to send the money to a new paypal, and he hasn't sent it. I've been waiting for 3 hours now.

And He is currently online on Nulled browsing threads. So I can't see why he can't respond.
