Hey guys, we're already on October and this means there's only a few more weeks until Red Dead Redemption 2 launches!

Horse drifting, Mexican standoffs, bandits and outlaws --- It's gonna be pretty exciting!

I remember playing the first one, I never finished the story, but I like riding around on my horse causing mayhem.  If I can do the same in the second one, I am on board.

Played the first one as well on PS3. The story is phenomenal; I don't mean to exaggerate but I really liked it. Thinking back, I think it was my first foray into the whole "western" thing which made me appreciate films like 3:10 to Yuma and Bone Tomahawk, as well as the series Godless.

I remember playing the first game it really has a great story, I always like to shoot other people's hat off using the dead eye. Online multiplayer of the first one is really dead lol

True, the shooting system was pretty cool. And yeah, multiplayer died really quick. I was on PS3, and I think the Xbox 360 multiplayer lasted longer since their paid service back in the day was so much better.

 

Makes getting the posse trophy/achievement impossible (that one cheevo where you had to form a posse of 16 people, should've gotten it much earlier).
