This is my second time using Ali, this time I decided to order from nvidia and he just finished an nvidia refund for me. 

Originally had another refunder do it for me, but he failed. Ali fixed the failed refund for me, always responded during the whole process and reassured me everything would be fine. Got my money and my order from nvidia at 25% of the price. No complaints.

This guy is the only refunder you will need, he has so much knowledge

Firstly, responsiveness. I don't know about others but whenever I contact refunders, it takes days before I even get a reply, let alone a reply at all. Despite Ali stating he may reply slow, he's always on top of things and making sure you know what's going on.
 
Now, onto the actual service. I was turned away from multiple other refunders stating that the refund is a no-go, it's simply too hard for them to do. After speaking with Ali about some circumstances on my account and such, he decided to give it a go, lo and behold he got me my refund within a few days of it arriving.
 
This last part goes without saying, but his prices are some of the best you'll find. He's running a great service with great prices. What more do you want? Will definitely recommend him to anyone and will be working with him more in the future.

Just did business with him through UberEats, while successful I will not bring any of my other refunding business back to Ali.

Said £5 flat fee for each UberEats order then went to say it’s supposed to say £5 per £25 spent which is not said anywhere.

I paid the min fee but not coming back to someone who operates like this, especially with my big PP orders. Could see that going wrong.
