So.The guy told me that he can provide me a PUBG key for 13 bucks ($13).He told me that he's not home and let's wait 2 hours.He got home and sent me his bitcoin address and I've just sent him exactly 13 bucks.After that he received I've gotten told that he needs 2 confirmations.The thing that I was sending with a huge fees,so when he received the payment and said that it needs 2 confirmations it already had 2 confirmations.After that I've told him that he got the payment with 2 confirmations he stopped responding.

 

And he did the same with another guy Titleman

Would not recommend dealing with him!
