don't comment ffs, this has nothing to do with you, he didn't do his bargain , he sent the payment to me via PP, but his paypal balance wasn't usable, he sent it as services, I couldn't buy proxies or anything for that matter with it. I told him about it and I refunded him his money, he could've redirected the received paypal balance to another paypal account, he chose not to, or refund via credits or btc. If you have a freaking brain,  @zac is a known scammer, he has had multiple instances of doing sketchy things, if he would have just refunded me, we wouldn't have escalated this to this point. This is my hard earned money, I'm not gonna just back down and let him have a go with my funds and then get away with it by simply saying his paypal was limited when he had plenty of time and opportunity to refund beforehand, then when he finally gets banned on here, he replies back saying his account is limited. That's none of my business, why did you ignore and make me wait for 2-3 weeks if it was limited? He has a history people, have a look and see the true scum he is. If he didn't want his name revealed, he shouldn't have put his full name on his paypal email address.

This is a public thread as far as I'm concerned, if you wanted this to be a private report you can add up to 5 people to pms ( think). But since it's public I don't see any reason on why not to comment. I don't give a shit what zac has done or has not done, but the way you're trying to get back your money is actually disgusting. Why did you also wait 3 weeks to open this scam report? if he did scam you you should have done it on the spot imo. Stop being a baby and accept that the world doesn't always revolve around you and only your way is the way that works. accept that problems can come up to other people just like you had problems on your end.

 

If you'd known he was a scammer why even deal with him anyways? it's not like he's giving you a great rate you couldn't turn down, or he was the last on one this forum (or others) that does currency exchange, The way I see it is you're trying to set a trap for him, since he had some problems in the past and thought you can get away with it.

 

you idiot, he was banned for the past few months, he got unbanned today... when I dealt with him , I didn't see any active scam reports on him,  once he got banned, I noticed why he got banned... and read the rules next time you moron, you can't comment on a scam report unless you're the victim, staff, or the scammer. You were banned because you had issues with your paypal account and this might as well have been your problem. He refunded you and you disappeared. You kept money that was not your own as he didn't give you the money back, he refunded you because he couldnt use it for some reason and if you were 1/10 of a legitimate, trustworthy person, you would have tried to find a way to help him.

You were banned because you had issues with your paypal account and this might as well have been your problem. He refunded you and you disappeared. You kept money that was not your own as he didn't give you the money back, he refunded you because he couldnt use it for some reason and if you were 1/10 of a legitimate, trustworthy person, you would have tried to find a way to help him.

I actually DID try to help him. When we did the trade we were on good terms despite him being one of the most difficult, arrogent and impateint people I have ever dealt with. He got banned from shoutbox today just from spamming abuse at me like usual and he has released my full name twice on this thread. He was giving me death threats and using disgusting language and being completely insensitive to me and you want me to help him.

 

He refunded money without asking after a transaction and a deal had been made. You can't do business like this.

 

As someone else said, you don't go to a restaurant, order a burger, take a bit, then return it because you decided you don't want it anymore and expect a refund. I have completed my end of the deal, and j dont believe I have any obligation to do anything else. If it were anyone else I would be doing everything to try and make sure this person gets the fair end of the deal, however I just can't bring myself to it as this is the most rude, obnoxious, arrogant and disrespectful person I have dealt with.

So do I need to refund him? I don't see how it should be allowed to backpedal on any deal without consequences? I wouldve given him his money back any day despite his behaviour but I simply don't have the money right now and can't access the money he refunded
