Idk i heard lots of people have payments not going through, some dude had the files on selly deleted too

The 2 main problems are these:
1. Down sometimes
2. Yes, it's true that some payments don't come through. If that's the case you have to contact jendev or finndev and they will manually check and process the payment. In the end you will receive the money and the customer the product but it takes more time because it's not complete automatic then.
Except those 2 I never experienced any critical errors on shoppy.

Shoppy is owned by finndev idk if jendev also owns it but at least he is a dev on shoppy too
