Has he had the account for 2 weeks? I think it needed to be 2 weeks old. Just tell him to click the Auth and see if its granted or not. Do you have .netframe and directx? 

I am just few days old and I can use the BoL last 5.15 but when it updated the BoL doesn't injecting anymore I replace my client into 5.16
