Wirex ? A scam ?

Is wirex a scam ? I saw some scam report's for it but i think its because wave crest were canceled by visa and the cards were closed :/ ? I don't know guys let me see your thought's about the company. Is it safe and legit or is it a scam ? (Wanna use the wirex card)

 

 

 

EDIT: I FORGOT to say that they have 400 reviews on trustpilot and they have rating of 8.8/10 but i want to see your thought's
