Ok where should I start, I've been doing refunds with liquid since the start of this year and not once has he failed to do a refund for me. Today's refund was an especially good case. With previous refunds on my amazon account I attempted to do a "double dip" with amazon (Replacement and Refund of the same order). An needless to say the process went very smoothly.

A couple days after the replacement arrived, liquid managed to score a refund for me with no investigation, this took me by surprise and I am now convinved that liquid is one of the best refunders out there. Although liquid sometimes does not reply for 24 hours straight when he replies, he gets the job done. He is really patient with me even if I ask him tons of questions and mention him because he's not replying. To anyone who has not tried doing refunds with this man, or searching around for a refunder, liquid offers a low rate of 12% on amazon and I would definetly recommend him as his success rate with me so far is 100%.
