At first there was a misunderstanding because he didn't see in his form last bit i included imgur screenshots link of brief chat convo i had with Amazon prior to contacting him. He almost got mad at me for "not telling him" before he started, even tho yeah in his form i swear i did mention/include..
Anyway... Besides that little thing, he still accomplished it with my help. Amazon decided to give me full refund after 3 days of waiting for their decision
He's mellow & brief with his replies, and yeah only slight constructive criticism i have is that he can work on being more descriptive/thorough, and exact with his words. Because there were a few times i wasn't 100% sure with what he meant.
But, still at the end of the day, i can't complain, he got the job done. i'm happy
