Don't ask us. Ask your future tattoo artist.
Seriously, go on Facebook or Instagram and browse until you find a shop/artist whose style you really like. Then ask to come in and present him your ideas. Ask him for feedback about the design and possibly to redraw it in his interpretation.
There's a reason they've got their own shops, trust their skill.

Been thinking for a minute and started to consider doing some sort of surgery to make a little more realistic eye. What do you think? Then I don't people maybe stop looking in my eyes and I can look up from the ground again, for the first time in years

If you want a tattoo don't ask us. Ask yourself about what you want to have on your Skin for your whole life. Eventually your moms Name if she done something very special to you.

Ye I know but I thought maybe I could get some tips on maybe some cool motives and see if I like them, I have looked around on google much. But have't really found something I really like yet so I still trying to find that special text or motive.
