Would really like to get things moving on the form I submitted to you on December 15th. Have also been told next 24 hours and am still waiting a week since I was told that.  Just looking for an update now, as I can appreciate you're busy and backed up..that's not a problem!  But just hoping you can honour your statement of 'within the next 24 hours'.  Let me know asap if you can't do my order and I can look for a different refunder.
